Tuition for St. Raphael Catholic
School 2008-2009 Kindergarten – Fourth Grade
Rates are monthly for 10 months ~ August - May At the time of registration, $75.00 will be collected

registered and a participating member* of St. Raphael or St. Joseph-Tontitown
Catholic Church to receive Catholic 1 Rate §
Please have proof
of registration from your parish for Catholic Rate 2. We will also need baptismal certificate and
parish affidavit at the time of registration. §
Scholarship money
is available for Catholic Students.
Tuition Assistance Forms are in school office for grade K-3. Application must be submitted at time of
registration with the 1040 and W-2 as supporting documents. §
Tuition must be
paid once monthly (August-May) by automatic draft. Automatic draft form must be turned in with
voided check at registration. §
Following
Arkansas State Law, kindergarten students are to be age 5 on or before §
Classes are
filled as forms are accepted. Class
space is limited. Failure to return all
necessary forms may forfeit the spot for your child. Priority will be given to returning students,
their siblings, Catholic 1 students, Catholic 2 students and then all others.
