Women's Council

Dolores Stamps

The Women’s Council is an organization of ladies of all age groups who are dedicated to serving the Church and enriching their spirituality. The Council is open to all women of the parish. They assist in providing meals for funerals, organizing receptions for special events, caring for the altar and the candles that adorn it as well as cleaning and ironing the altar linens. The council provides scholarships for graduating seniors from our parish, provides support to the local Right to Life Organization, sends sympathy and get well cards when given the information and helps with other church sponsored activities. The Women’s council also sponsors a Women’s Day of prayer to focus on the spiritual needs of all women in the parish. The Council meets the second Tuesday of every month at 9:00 a.m. in room 7.
