Ushers Bob Milanowski The primary responsibilities of the ushers are as follows: Ushers should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of Mass and greet those arriving. Assist in seating the congregation if necessary and select a family to carry up the gifts, take up the collections and count the number of people attending. They also place bulletins at the three entrances after Mass begins, as well as pick up the collection baskets from the altar after Mass and put the money in the bags, keeping any special collections separate. |
