Sacristan Rick Segalla The sacristans at St. Raphael’s prepare the worship space for Mass by ensuring that all necessary items are in place. They arrive 30 minutes before the service to set up the ciborium vessels, the chalices, the purificators, the wine flask and cups, and other needed supplies. They make sure the doors are open, the lights are on and the candles are lit. It is a wonderful ministry in which to spend quiet time with Our Lord. |
